I recently visited your Gastonia location to have my brakes serviced. Not only did Meineke give me quote that was lower than anyone else in the area, they used better parts and gave me a lifetime warranty! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and honest. I was so pleased with the overall experience that I returned yesterday to have the air conditioner condenser in my wife's car replaced. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family to Meineke for all of their service needs. Thank you.

I wanted to write and let you know how much I appreciated the service that I received from George Lee, the manager at your Gastonia office. I wanted to make sure that I wasnt being taken advantage of by the Toyota dealership, so I called him to ask his opinion on a matter regarding my converter. He offered to check my vehicle out and give me his opinion on the part, which he did for me at no cost. He went out of his way and took time to talk to me about the issue, and it meant a lot to me. There should be more people like him in this world. I will definitely keep Meineke in mind for any future problems and will gladly tell people how courteous Mr. Lee was with me.
