Every aspect of what I find important as a customer is exceeded far beyond personal expectation at this particular Meineke location. The manager, Zoltan, is this locations best asset. For the 6 years I have been visiting the 308 E Main St. location, I have experienced exceptional customer service, exceptional quality on repairs and received professional advice from an honest and humble manager. The mechanics are also equally friendly. For example, I dropped off my car for some work and the mechanics put air in my bicycle tire for me. The staff truly makes a trip to the mechanic a less painful experience.

I'd just like to say how great the staff at the Meineke #706 (Carbondale, IL) location have been to me. They have worked on my car a couple of times and they always do a terrific job. Also, out of all the auto shops that I've been to, I can honestly say that the staff at this location offers the best customer service around.

Their costs are inexpensive, the work is quick and the staff is friendly. They actually take the time to explain things to people like me who don't know a lot about cars, and I can tell that they are really willing to work with people. I just want to say keep up the good work guys!!
