We tried several places that refused to help before we ended up talking to Doug at your shop in Amherst. When Doug called to order the necessary parts, the store said all their delivery people were gone for the day. But somehow he managed to talk them into delivering the parts anyway. For awhile, it looked like Meineke wasn't going to be able to make all the repairs, and Doug was even trying to help locate a truck to carry our van home on. Not only did Doug go way out of his way, but he was polite, professional and fair. We left both impressed and grateful for his help.
