I spoke with about 4 other people there and the only one that was able to explain and resolve all my issues in a professional manner was Rich. I thank you for having employees like Rich on your team. Quality and timely service coupled with genuine customer care. In hard financial times such as these, it is a relief to know that there are still folks in the auto repair business that understand a buck is hard to come by and even harder to let go of. The manager, James and his "crew" truly value customer service and their quality of work is worth every hard-earned buck. If you need brakes or other routine car repairs in the Fayetteville area, see James and his "crew". I've been in Fayetteville/Ft Bragg for 16 years and I've had auto work done at Sears, Pep Boys, Firestone, and other local shops, but I have never been more satisfied with the quality of work or customer service than I am with Meineke on Yadkin Rd.
