I just wanted to say that I was in Inependence Mo, from 7-26-04 thru 7-31-04 with my daughters softball team and on the 31st I had trouble with my car and took it to the store at 13811 East Hwy 40 in Independence, Mo and told them we were from out of town and had to leave the next day. Steve Ward said he will look at it and give me an estimate. Within 10 minutes he told me the problem, cost and when I can pick it up. He was the best person I have ever delt with, when I got the car it was done at the time he said and at the cost. I used to go to Meineke in Omaha, but after different times the car not done and always having them say that I always neede extra work done I said I would never use your company. Steve Ward have given me hope that there are great people out there thatdon't want to take advantage of someone. Please let him know how good of good he does for your company.
