I'd like to express how impressed I was with your Rocky Point, N.Y. service manger Margaret Nicosia. She is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is so knowledgeable, she knows what she's talking about - she offers suggestions and alternatives. Aside from being "car wise", she is a pleasant, competent, take-charge person; because of these attributes, I have total trust in her and bring all my cars there. I just wanted to let you know that my local Meineke shop is terrific. Good service is hard to find these days, but it still exists in Rocky Point (NY) at my Meineke. The service people there are friendly, helpful, resourceful and honest. I am always most comfortable taking my car there. If there is a "Shop of the Year" award, I vote for them!!
