I just wanted to let you know about the wonderful experience I had at the Kingston NY Meineke location. I was in a real pickle as a brake line on my vehicle began to leak this morning. I called Meineke and left a message. Joe quickly returned my call and said I can come right in but to be careful driving. Joe quickly got one of his mechanics to start working on my vehicle, the mechanic even noticed that I one of my wheel bearings might need to be replace. My brake line was fixed, and my wheel bearing replaced in a very reasonable amount of time. Kudos to Joe and his team. I had a very pleasurable experience at the Kingston NY Meineke location today. I even scheduled a maintenance check up for my other vehicle. I have had work done here before and very pleased with the quick and professional service I have received.

I just wanted to say that the staff and service at shop 381 are truly outstanding. Every one I spoke with there was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the best possible service and would be as safe as possible on the road ahead. From this point forward Meineke will always be my first choice for anything automotive, thanks to the superior workmanship that allows me to drive away with confidence. Thank you!

On May 21st I took my car to the shop to address my pulsating of the brakes. The remedy was replacing the front brakes and rotors, which the shop did on that date. The problem was still there, so i was told to come back on monday to look further, as the shop was closing for the day and there would be no harm in using car. Because this was my first time using this shop I became cautious when I was told the problem was probably the back rotors also. I felt like I should check with the shop that normally has done work on my car to verify what meineke was telling me. Well What the pontiac shop said was the knew rotors meineke put on were warped and the back brakes were fine. I felt very confused at this point, but I had to believe the pontiac shop because of my history with them. I went back to meineke and they happily turned my front rotors for me, but they once agin said they would like to examine the back brakes because they feel that's the problem. I decided to let the pontiac people put new back breaks on my car even though they first said the back breaks were fine. Well they were wrong and I now I feel bad that I called to ask for your assistance in helping me resolve my problem which I thought was from Meineke. The false information was from my pontiac dealer not meineke. I'm sorry and I hope that you make a note of this for your kingston shop.

Your staff at 381 are my heroes. In a rainstorm while on the NYS Thruway, my windshield wiper came off. After 7 miles, I found 381 and they came to my rescue. They fixed the wiper, declined any gratuity, and advised me on how best to proceed since it was almost dark. They were terrific. I thought you would like to know. Please forward to the store.
