I just wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for the professional, courteous, and prompt service provided by the staff at this location during my recent visit. From the moment I arrived at the location to the moment I left I felt I was treated as a valued customer, and the attention that was given to understanding my needs and communicating the steps to help achieve my goals was excellent. Store Manager Mike Roy and his staff deserve to be recognized for their efforts to handle not only the volume of business that came through the doors while I was there, but also for the effort they put forth to ensure that everyone received adequate (excellent) and equal treatment. I will most certainly be returning to have my vehicle serviced at this location, and would strongly recommend their services to anyone that may be in need of service or repair work to their vehicle.

I just want to say that this Meineke on Western Boulavard in Raleigh, NC is by far the best place to take your vehicle for anything. The mechanics, supervisors, managers are the nicest i've ever witnessed at a garage. The whole team was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgable. I dropped my Jeep off for tranny repair and brake repair, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when it was done, gave me a good discount, and explained everything wrong with the vehicle so I understood the repair and broke down pricing for me. I will continue to go here for all my automotive needs and I will also give word of mouth to as many people I know to this place in the future. Kudos to the team at Western Boulavard Meineke, they all deserve it, keep up the good work, and thank you!
