On 10/30/2010 I was out shopping and i came back out to find that my truck wouldn't start. It was late afternoon and I called Meineke store #312 & informed them of the problem and that i was waiting on the tow truck to arrive. I talked to Marshall who said they were closed but would be there a little late finishing up some other vehicles. I got to the store a little after 5 and they said they would just take a quick look. They found the problem and said they would go ahead and fix it! It was amazing! They stayed 2 hrs after they had closed to fix my vehicle. I can not thank them enough!

My experience at the Virginia Beach Meineke on Laskin Rd. was absolutely fantastic! I pulled into the parking lot at 9:45am on a Saturday morning, knowing that I needed brakes and I needed them now. I received a call within 30 minutes telling me that the estimate was ready, and once I approved the work the car was ready by 12pm. The customer service rep. Marshall, was extremely helpful and polite throughout the experience and made a bad situation a lot easier to deal with. I would recommend this Meineke to anyone in the VA Beach area, or not in the VA Beach area for that matter. Thanks!

The customer service at store #312 is OUTSTANDING! The manager there seems to be a very geniune person when it comes to "putting the customer first". The quality of work is nothing short of excellent. Having just moved to the area from Maryland, it is a pleasure knowing that someone like Mr. Rhett takes a personal interest in making sure that when you leave the car care center, you have received quality care. As a Federal Police Officer, I come in contact with alot of people. I will make it a mission to let everyone know that if they are looking for outstanding customer service and quality work at an affordable price ... The Meineke car care center on Laskin Road in Virginia Beach is the place to go. Thanks for being fair and honest with me while doing business with your company.
