I just wanted to send a quick email to let you know what an excellent crew your company has at your New Rochelle office. I had purchased a new exhaust system last year and about a month ago, had been hearing a weird rattling noise. I assumed it was related to the exhaust system so I gave a call and drove in on a Saturday morning to get it looked at. Not only did they fix the problem with my car on the spot with no delay or excuse, they didn't charge me a dime. I appreciate that kind of service and respect and can tell you that I will be a loyal customer to this shop for years to come and didn't want too much time to go by without letting you know what an asset to your name you have in New York.
