After over a month of car troubles and feeling taken advantage of by various dealers and small shops, I decided to take my car to Meineke. As a female university student, I hadn't felt like most mechanics took me seriously but didn't have any idea who to turn to or who I could trust. When I talked to Lee and Gerry however, they listened to the whole saga leading up to my current car problem and walked me through the options that I had to fix it. They even pulled out diagrams of the exhaust system so I could understand exactly what was happening. They were very friendly and honest, and my entire experience with Meineke was incredibly positive.
