I wanted to convey my appreciation to the Meineke team that worked on my car and specifically to Chris Schmitz. They replaced the O2 sensor on my car but when the check engine light came back on I returned to Meineke and Chris took the time to show me exactly what was causing the problem (leaking power steering fluid from another business' repair on the car) and what to do about it since he took the time to go over the paperwork and find out it was under warranty. There are not too many busineesses anymore that take the time with their customers to make sure they are completely satifisied and that their problems have been resolved. I truly appreciate their help and will highly recommend to everyone to get personlaized care for their car to come to Meineke.
