Absolutely outstanding service provided in troubleshooting, identifying and repairing a major leak in my rear axle gear box. Manager Mathew Olson, Mike Williams and Dan Mesling teamed up to quickly return my van to operational status. During the test run for the rear end maintenance, Mathew identified a braking problem that my van had. I told him it had been in a competitors shop 3 days earlier for the gripe and they said the brakes were in good condition. Mathews crew took a look at the brakes and discovered the right rear pad was completely cracked down the center. The leading edge of the pad was severely chipped and broken. The team quickly replaced the rear brakes and my van was roadworthy again. My heartiest congratulations to you and your outstanding team in Pensacola. You've made a new perminent customer.

I was on vacation in Florida and found my brakes were overheating the day before my 18 hour drive back to Michigan.

I called the Pensacola Meineke Center approximately 1 1/2 hours before they closed for the day. The General Manager Phil told me to bring it right in and they would check it out and make sure I could leave on time tomorrow.

I brought it in and found I needed new calipers and rotors. Mechanic Wendel was awesome. He stayed 2 hours past closing time and made sure everything was okay for the drive home. The shop owner even drove to the parts distributor to get the rotors while the mechanic worked on the calipers.

Simply awesome customer service! Even though I will not be returning to the Pensacola Meineke any time soon (b/c I live in Michigan) they really took care of me and made sure my vehicle was ready for the 1,100 mile drive home.
