I am extrememly satisfied and very impressed with the attention and friendly service that I have been given on the first two experiences I have had at this car care center. The owner, Peter Cristo, went above and beyond by my expectations by having the manager locate a part that I had difficulty getting help with from the dealership I purchased the vehicle from. Marc Daughton, the assistant manager also gave me exceptional attention by getting the part immediately. They both made me feel confident that their intentions were for my best interest and both seemed happy to be able to help. While I was in the waiting area, although not for long, they gave each person specaial attention and care whether the customer had an appointment or not.

I too am in the service industry and realize that people don't often take the time to give compliments. I can honestly say that I am a raving fan and will definitely refer and return!

Both Marc and Peter deserve recognition for outstanding service!
