On March 26, 2011 I went into this Meineke and I needed an oil change while I was there I asked the store manager if Art could look at my door because it was making a lot of noise. Art told the manager why the door was making that noise and he tighten up the bolt for me. I can not tell how how much I appreciate these two men working on my car because they are very professional and honest with me every time I have been in there. Please let both men know how much I value their honesty and integrity in what they do. I will continue visiting Meineke as long as these two guys are there because I know they will look out for my interest.
