I had a dental appt. in Bloomington, IN yesterday. My mother, who is 80 yrs. old went with me. Bloomington is about 45 miles from our home. We were just coming into Bloomington and I asked my mother what time it was. She said we still had about 25 min. to get there. Great! We had plenty of time. Less than 5 sec. later, my van began to make a horrible noise under the hood. The turnoff for Meineke was at the next light. I have never been to that center before, but my son (who lives in Bloomington) has had his car repaired there. So we quickly pulled in. I did not have an appt. so I was worried if they would even look at my van. The guy (sorry, didn't get his name, my son thinks it might be EJ) was wonderful. He came right out, saw the problem and said they would get right on it. He had another young man working there take us over to the dentist office. When I was finished with my appt. I called and the van was repaired. Extremely nice people and I so appreciate their help! They deserve a big pat on the back. Thanking them hardly seemed enough, so I decided to write this email about their wonderful conduct. Thanks again.
