You are a very, very lucky bunch. There’s a Meineke shop at 1410 E Broad Street

Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526 (919) 552-2288 that operates with 4 of the most important aspects of business as its foundation. Responsibility, Respect, Honesty and Fairness. In all my years and many cars I have yet to be privileged to such understanding of what a job well done means in the auto motive world until this shop help my son and I overcome a month of being lied to (caught the other places more than 3 times) and getting my son’s jeep back on the road and running as though it was brand new. Chris (owner), Maurice (manager), Ron and the rest of the technician team came together and fix what others could not. It almost seemed like magic. The last place we took the jeep to was located in South Carolina where my son goes to school. I paid over $500 to fix a repair and the minute he left the shop the car broke down while he was driving home and the shop refused to pay for the towing back the their shop so I was out another 100. After another look at the jeep and the other shop saying there was nothing wrong my son took a trip to see his mom in Maryland (within days of them saying nothing was wrong). While my son had the jeep almost to his mom’s house in MD it broke down again. The reason I mention this is due to something I could never repay Chris for. Now to this point the only way I knew Chris and the team at Meineke was his shop put some new tires on the jeep and other minor things when my son came for a few days and I thought those things needed to be done. During that work I became aware of the type of folks that work at his shop and him as a person. They all are fantastic. I called him (on his cell and on his day off) and ask what he thought the problem might be and asked for help. The shop that last fixed the jeep was called and they told my son to take it to a place they recommended, again they would not pay for the towing only this time I or my boy was in no position to work it out. As I mentioned I called Chris and he made the phone calls asked the question and PAID the towing for us which allowed my son to make it back to NC so we could put this THING to rest. Chris actually seemed to want the challenge, unbelievable, right? Nope, that’s what he did for us. Chris and the Meineke team you have my all my business and everyone I talk to that’s in need of your expertise will be directed your way by me every chance I get. Thank you sir and your team very much.
