I am so lucky to have such considerate help from this car care center. My car would not turn on for some reason after I parked by a local soccer field to relax. I forgot my phone at my house so I could not contact anyone I knew. I remembered though that there was a Meineke down the road from where I stopped so I started to walk there. The weather was not the greatest and when I got there, I told them my situation and they totally acknowledge my trouble. The manager, I think that was working there helped me out and drove me back to my car to help me jump start it. For some odd reason it started when he tried to turn it on! I was so happy and relieved. I cant believe he went out of his way to help me out. That is what I call going beyond customer service! It was the best customer service I have ever had I think in my life. You have gotten yourself a customer if I need any help with my car! :D
