I'd like to thank Meineke and the manager (DJ Mitchell) at the Chesterfield, MO location. We've had problems w/ our 07 minivan's brakes for the past 1.5 yrs and DJ has been VERY helpful and stood by the work his shop has done. I'm extremely impressed and will continue to take my vehicles there in the future. If there are any awards for mgrs or specific locations, DJ and this location deserve it.

This store has serviced my daily driver (the Explorer) and two collectible cars (a 1992 Camaro RS/Z28 & a 1966 Ford T-Bird) ever since the store has opened. As soon as the free service with my wife's Volvo is over, it will also be serviced exclusively at this store. All work is done right or corrected to my satisfaction EVERY time. The main reason that I am so loyal to this shop is the manager at that location, D J Mitchell, is loyal to me and treats me like I am the most important customer in the world. He is exceptional and you are fortunate to have him in your employ. Please treat him well, because I want him to take care of my cars at this location until I die or move.
