I would like to say your people at the above location where more than helpful with my special situation. They seemed concerned in trying to perform the job that i needed done. More so than your competitors.They were also very friendly & fair with the pricing & good quality work. I cant say enough about the employees & manager. I will return in the future!

The staff at this location was very kind to me today. I thought my battery light was blinking, and was prepared to buy a new battery. Instead, the staff very politely informed me that it was the coolant light instead. They ran a check on my battery anyway and topped off my coolant for me free of charge. They were very nice, and the whole visit only took about 15 minutes. Needless to say, I was quite relieved to get back in the car and drive away (with the coolant light off) without having to spend a bunch of money on something that I didn't really need. I normally go to Jiffy Lube or Sam's Club automotive department for service; those places were both very busy today and I just so happened to drive past the Meineke and swung in a whim. Even though the parking lot was full and there were other customers, they worked quickly. Another customer ahead of me also commented on how pleased he was with the quick service and said he'd be back. The staff was very friendly to him also and treated him like a regular. I will definitely start going to this Meineke for regular auto service. Thank you! Please pass this on, if possible. And give those guys a raise! :)

I had my van worked on today at store #1592. I went in not knowing just exactly what my problem was but knew something was wrong with my breaks. I first spoke with Paula who was very helpful in getting me in right away. Herby was the technician that inspected my vehicle. He then took me around the vehicle pointing out where my problems were and why. That is not typical of most repair shops. He explained the recommended repairs also letting me know if some of those repairs were repairs that could wait as money was and always is an issue. Howard then went the through the charges for all the work and made me very comfortable that I was paying for services that were actually needed on my vehicle. I had an awesome expreience today at store #1592. I will definitely be back for future repairs (although I hope no time soon). I will also be referring all my friends and customers to them as well! Thank you for making an otherwise dreaded situation bearable!
