I work for childrens hospital here in columbus and I found a flat tire from me running over a nail. I live 20 minutes from work and was able to take back roads to this meineke at 6:00pm. The manager Mike Barth was kind enough to patch/plug the hole in my tire, even though they had a the rest of the day booked and only one technician working. And he did it very quickly with no charge. Now, I'm sure this doesn't normally happen, atleast not to me and I wanted to say thank you to him again and to Meineke for hiring good and compassionate people like Mike!
