You should know that you have a stellar employee in Barry Buck. I first met him when my engine light came on one day last summer, and, being a newly separated woman, I had no idea what to do. I pulled in with no appointment, and he immediately came out, hooked up the computer, adjusted a couple of things, and sent me on my way. He would not accept payment for his time. Then, about 3 weeks ago, a message appeared showing low coolant. I again pulled in with no appointment, and Barry again came out immediately and checked my car. He said that my antifreeze was low, topped it off, and advised me to watch for leaks. Again, he would not accept payment. He was probably a bit flustered when I was moved to tears by his kindness! As a woman who has always had a husband to take care of car issues, I was feeling very vulnerable, and Barry, with his kindness, made me feel like I had someone I could trust. A few days later, I did notice a leak, so naturally I returned to Barry. Unfortunately, I had to have my water pump replaced, but he made this whole experience as easy as possible for me. He had my car picked up from my place of business, fixed, and returned to me, which was no small thing since I work about 25 miles from their location. He also set me up with a 6 month no interest payment plan so that I can pay this off monthly. Mostly, his kindness made me feel like I could trust him, which is very important to a woman in my position. He is a good man, and an asset to your business.
