We had a problem on a road trip and found a Meineke dealership in Painted Post, NY. (The local GM dealer could not see us for two days!) The manager (Joe) and the mechanic (Jim) were wonderful. My husband and I were traveling in our Motorhome for a long weekend. Our motorhome broke down. Needless to say, it put a wrench in our plans. We went to the Ford Dealer on Monday the 9th and they could not help us as they do not work on Motorhomes. We went to Meineke down the road and spoke with the Manager Dave Hurd. Even though they were very busy that day and had a full schedule, Dave spent time locating the part we needed to have it delivered the same day. He then worked on the vehicle himself and made sure we were able to pull out of their shop by 6:00 p.m. that night. We are very pleased with the service Dave Hurd gave us and would like to express our great thanks. You are very lucky to have a someone like Dave Hurd working for and representing your company. Our experience may have caused problems in our vacation plans but we both had to be back to work by Wednesday. We were over 4 hours from home and we were unpacking by Tuesday afternoon thanks to Dave!!! Thank you so very much!!
