I was very concerned about taking my car into any auto place. So I visited the Better Buisness Bureau website and looked at Meineke's rating. They recieved an A+ so I was very eager to see them. I arrived at Meineke and everyone was very helpful and had outstanding customer service. They even allowed me to see what they were doing to my car and explained in detail what they were doing. This made me feel very secure. They then told me some things that need to be repaired, and they had even mentioned if I went to another place to get it done they don't mind just as long as they will be done soon because my brakes were performing less than 30%. That made me feel even better because they were more worried about my safety then getting an extra buck out of me. That is very hard to find in auto shops now a days, and I am quite honored that I had got to have a awesome experience with them. Meineke on East Craig Road is the best place to get your car done! And I wish the world can know how awesome they are!
