I had an exceptional interaction with your Hickory NC store manager Brad Punch this past Saturday. I am writing to applaud his exceptional level of service, professionalism, and courtesy. He set an example for your company and I highly recommend him for any corporate recognition programs that you might offer to various store managers.



I live approx 20 miles form the Meineke store in Hickory and had never conducted business with Meineke. Brad was referred to me for a front end alignment from a competitor across town who did not do alignments. While driving home after the alignment, we experienced a loud exhaust leak and got back to the store 2 minutes before closing on a Saturday afternoon. I was sure I would be turned away and asked to return another day, but the car resides 3 hours away with my son ( who was in town visiting )so it would be a real problem getting back to the store at a later date. Brad demonstrated the highest level of service I have experienced in many years. He openly greeted us again, and without hesitation said he would look at the exhaust problem and offered a repair soultion. Brad stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure our car was safe and ready for the 3 hour trip to Raleigh.



Brad's level of professionalism will cause me to drive 20 miles to your store for my future service.
