I just wanted to send a letter of praise for Joe @ the Hermitage,TN. location. I took my car in and said that I needed a brake job. I was expecting to pay at least 200.00 because I thought that the rotors may need replacing as well as the brake pads. To my surprise, Joe said that the pads were good and that he only had to turn one of the rotors. The total bill was 75.00. I was almost in shock. I was very happy to say the least. I would just like to say that in this day and time it is hard to find someone, especially in the auto repair business, that is honest and trustworthy. Joe is all that and more. He could have easily said that he had to do a complete brake job and it would have cost me a lot more. But he was honest and only did the work that was necessary. He is also friendly and courteous. Just want to say what a great bunch of guys work at this location Al, Joe and Walter are the most straight up and honest people I have ever dealt with. They have been working on may cars for over ten years and I recommend these guys every chance I get, They've always gone the extra mile for me and anyone else that I've seen them do work for.

It means a great deal to know you can go to get work done at a business from people who are honst and take pride in what they do!Meineke in Hermitage is where my vehicles will always be serviced, no need to go anywhere else!

Dear Sir or Madam,

Hello! I am writing to you regarding your Meineke location in Hermitage, TN. I am sure you receive hundreds of letters complaining about what customer feel locations have done to negatively impact their car repair experience. I am writing to you to tell you what an amazing experience I have had with your Hermitage location. I was blessed to come across the guys at your Hermitage location Al and Joe about six years ago when I was having car trouble. At the time I was a single mom and had been taken advantage of several times by shady car repair places. From that first experience the guys at Meineke have treated me with respect and their level of honesty and advice has been a huge blessing to me and my family. Over the past six years I have gotten married and two of my three boys have begun to drive; now all of our cars are serviced regularly at Meineke. I have even referred several friends there as well.

I just want you to know that this group of great guys have always been amazing to everyone that I have sent to them and given all of us amazing customer service time and time again. I hope that you can give them a pat on the back for everything they do every day for myself, my family, and friends.
