Mario, at : Meineke Shop # 1074 241 MONSIGNOR O'BRIEN HIGHWAY CAMBRIDGE, MA 02141-1258 (617) 628-3300 Cambridge/Somerville Line-Across from Twin City, was indeed outstanding. He was honest and gave me the advice I needed. These are qualities that I began to think were extinct in mechanics of today. Due to his honorable service, I will now patron Meineke with all my automotive needs and refer other people to your company as well. I hope everyone in your company has his character. In conclusion I strongly recommend Mario for any reward, raise, or acknowledgement your enterprise offers. I would like to express my appreciation for one of your employees who really helped me out of a jam last night. His name is Charles Sterling and he works at Shop #1074 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. We were stranded with 2 flat tires on our boat trailer and Mr. Sterling helped us to get back on the road even though your shop was officially closed for the day. I don't know what we would have done if he hadn't been so kind and helpful. It is a rare thing to come across someone who is willing to help out a stranger. Perhaps you treat your employees well which contributes to a more caring attitude. I will certainly try Meineke the next time I need a new muffler! Thank you.
