I amazed at the level of service that I received at this location. They repaired a bad bearing in my front driver side wheel several moths ago at a fair price and good customer service. Today I had a noise in the wheel due to some water; they said that all they needed to do was to add some lubricant. I also asked them to check my breaks and they said they were ok. They did not charge me for either. I will continue to use this station for my repairs and oil changes because of their honesty and service. I know that they could have told me that I needed a major repair along with new breaks and or rotors. Please pass this onto your corporate officers and to the shop itself.

This is to let Meineke know that the dealer located at 5970 Scarborough Blvd. In Columbus, OH deserves a special Thank You. On January 21st, I was enroute to the Pittsburgh Hospital (Presby) from Cincinnati, Ohio. While leaving I-270 on the on-ramp to I-70, I encountered a large pothole that blew out a RR tire. Pulling off on Brice Road I spotted the Meineke and limped off into their parking lot requesting a new tire. I told them I was in a hurry (because of the emergency). The rim was shot so they put on the spare. After making two quick calls I turned around and was told "No charge, Hope your wife is OK" and I was out the door. It is not every day you get Kind and Courteous service. If you send them this message, let them know everything turned out OK.
