I had my car in and out and a half a day told me exactly what needed to be done no lollygagging professional mechanic definitely would go back if I had any future issues with my vehicle highly recommended! !!
Went in to get an oil change the other day and had a really good experience at this location in Des Moines and Shaun in particular. He was running the show with the guys in the shop while also flexing some serious customer service. I was greeted and informed that I'd be up next as he finished up with an older gentleman who appeared to have a tough time hearing and required extra patience with several things being repeated at increasingly higher volumes lol. When they wrapped up he got me checked in and estimated it'd take guys about 30-40 minutes to be finished up with the oil change and examination of preventative maintenance checks. What was super helpful to me was the time he took to explain some of the features/benefits of the types of oil blends and some of the concerns with my model of car specifically and things to consider and keep an eye on. After about 25 minutes or so I received a text that the car was ready. They had a printout of the inspection summary ready for me and it was a low pressure stress free experience and can't recommend enough. 5 stars
Dude was super helpful at the counter gave me a few tips that help my car a lot and will be definitely going back for my brakes
If you get a flat please hope you get it near here! They looked after me very well. Id suggest them for all maintenance and repairs.
